Application stickers are currently available for you to order:
Each sticker is pre-printed with your name and employee ID number. Place these stickers on your applications in the
Employee Information area to make sure you get credit for each application submitted and approved!
Schedule Information:
• You may order stickers once a month as needed.
• The orders will be compiled at the end of the month and then printed and shipped to your base and placed in your mail slot.

tion. When completed click the “Next”
button, if for any reason you need to
return to the previous screen simply
click the “Back” button.
ORDER INFORMATION
This page displays are the pertinent
information about your order. You can
review your order, make changes, cancel
or place your order simply by clicking
any of the three buttons.
Edit, cancel or place your order
simply by clicking a button.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order has been processed
you’ll see the “Order Confirmation”
screen. It’s a good idea to print this
screen for your records.
If you want to place another order click
the “Place another order” button to
begin the process again, or click “Order
another Similar” to place the same order
again.
Place another dierent order, or repeat the same order.
