chair covers.

Additional/Optional Services

decide based on the caterer you choose and whether
that caterer is just dropping off the food or serving it.
Service Description
Bussing - Disposable
Clear soiled disposable dinnerware, flatware, and glassware off tables throughout the event (no wash-
ing).
Bussing - with Washing
Clear and wash soiled non-disposable dinnerware, flatware, and glassware off tables throughout the
event. This does not include packing these items into boxes.
Water Glasses
& Water Service
Provide water goblet at each seat and filled water pitcher(s) on each table. Catalpa staff will refill water
pitchers as needed and collect and wash water glasses at end of event.
Coffee & Tea Service
Provide brewed regular and decaffeinated coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. This includes a coffee station
set up for guests to self-serve. Includes disposable cups, lids, sugar, sweeteners, creamer, and stirrers.
Cocktail Hour Service
Fill, replenish, then remove from prepared table all pre-plated hors d’oeuvres and appetizers. Includes
clean up, pack up leftovers, and bussing related plates.
Dinner Service
Fill, replenish, then remove all dishes/platters from already prepared buffet table. Includes clean up and
pack up leftovers. Chaffing Pans / Heating Fuel included if needed.

Glasses & Fill Flutes
Includes a fluted champagne glass at each seat along with opening champagne or wine bottles and fill
flutes for toasting. Catalpa staff will collect and wash glasses after the toast.

Use of our sound system for playing indoor/outdoor music. Microphone available for in-door use. You
will need this option if you plan to self-DJ. A DJ may benefit from this option so they don’t need to bring
their own speakers, or if you want the DJ music to also play outside near the firepit.
Firepit Package Includes an attendant to build and monitor fire (2 hour minimum purchase)

Preferred Bartending & Ofciating Options
Though you may opt to use any bartending service, Drink and Be Married
is Catalpa Grove’s preferred bartending service. Drink and Be Married will
help with creating a bar atmosphere your guests will love! The Drink and Be
Married team will consult with you on your drink choices, specialty drinks, and
quantities of everything you need to purchase. Drink and Be Married carries
all the applicable insurance, thus you do not need to purchase additional
insurance as required at Catalpa Grove when serving alcohol.
Bar Service Packages
Drink and Be Married offers two different packages to fit your needs:
Silver Wedding Package - $520 (with tip jar)
9 Includes 2 Professional R.A.M.P certified bartenders for up to 5 hours* of
service.
9 Bar Menu Consultation
9 Equipment: including, but not limited to shakers, openers, coolers, glass drink dispensers, galvanized
buckets, straws, napkins, and stirs.
Gold Wedding Package - $10.20/per person (minimum 75 guests)
9 Includes 2 Professional R.A.M.P. certified bartenders for up to 5 hours* of service
9 Bar Menu Consultation
9 Equipment: including, but not limited to shakers, openers, coolers, glass drink dispensers, galvanized
buckets, straws, napkins, stirs, and disposable cups.
9 Mixers: OJ, Pineapple Juice, Cranberry Juice, Sour Mix, Club Soda, Tonic Water, Cola, Diet, Lemon Lime,
9 Lemons, Lime Juice, Lemon Juice, Grenadine, Simple Syrup, Bitters, and mixers specific to chosen
signature drinks.
9 Garnishes: Limes, Oranges, Cherries, Olives, and garnishes specific to chosen signature drinks.

9 Limited Cocktail Bar in separate location - $75 (Note Main Bar is closed during this time).
9 Officiating Service (Self Uniting) - $350 if booked with bar service.
* Five hours is the maximum amount of time the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania allows serving of alcohol at an open bar. In order to spread
your bar-time out to later in the evening we suggest closing the bar during
introductions, speeches, and during dinner. You can discuss your timing
strategy during your menu consultation.
**Prices valid if added to a contract prior to December, 2024. You may add
either bar package above to your Catalpa Grove contract; but note you will
sign an additional contract with Drink and Be Married for their services.

On-Site Cabin Rentals & Campground
Our ten luxury cabins are reserved specifically for your event
and include the following amenities:
Fireplace / Sofa Bed / TV
Queen Bed
Kitchenette (mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker)
Bar/Desk & Wifi
Large Bathroom, mirror, blow dryer, iron
Walk-in 5’ tiled shower
4 seasons with Heat & Air Conditioning
Typical rates average around $165 per night weekends and
$150 per night weekdays (plus tax). Book more than 15
nights on one reservation and get 5% Off!
You may also add our Linen option for $20/cabin where we
will include sheets, pillows, towels, wash cloths, and hand towels. If you
opt-out, guests will need to bring their own.
You can only book the night of your wedding (or the night of your prep/
clean-up day if contracted). Note at 60 days before your event date, any
unrented cabins will be open to the public for renting.
RV sites, tent sites, family cabins, and rustic cabins are also available but
needs to be reserved through the campground directly. These are rst
come rst serve to the public and are not held for your event. The family
cabin has a two night minimum stay.
Cabins Reservations
Three ways to reserve Luxury Cabins:
1. You or your guests can reserve directly online if your event is within 60 days via:
www.lakewoodparkcampground.com.
2. You or your guests can send a reservation request via an online form if your event
is more than 60 days from now. We will then send an e-mail link for you or your
guest to confirm the reservation and make a 25% deposit. This form can be
accessed via the QR code or here: bit.ly/lakewoodcabins
3. You may also call the campground to make your reservation via: 570-285-8026 x0
If you want to assign cabins or ensure only certain people coming to your event can book the cabins then
it is recommended that you book all the cabins and then assign them out to people. This also means you make the payment for
the cabins and the guests pay you. Secondly, if you don’t want to pay for them all, you can provide us the list and we can send out
reservation request e-mails to each asking them to make their deposit. That can be done via the above link or QR code.

Policies
Decorating
We do allow decorating to suit your taste beginning at 9:00 AM the day of the event (Note you may come earlier in the
morning for an additional fee). You may use existing hooks in the wall but not use any other pins, nails, screws, or other
hardware to hang objects. Adhesives that could remove the paint is also prohibited. Glitter or confetti is discouraged,
unless you can keep it well contained and clean it up afterward. Contained candles are permitted. Options are available
to decorate the day prior. You may also want to consider our preferred decorator, Oak Hollow Designs.
Payments
To hold your date, we require a signed contract with 25% of the total costs due in 5 business days. The second payment
of 50% is due six months prior to the event. The final 25% is due one month prior to the event. There is no additional fee
to pay with a credit card. Discounts are available if you pay in-full upfront.
Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation of your wedding, the following cancellation fees will be charged against your contract
total: Cancel more than 18 months before the event: $600 fee. Cancel between 6 months and 18 months before the
event: 25% cancel fee. Cancel between 1 month and 6 months before the event: 75% cancel fee. Cancel 29 days or less:
100% cancel fee but security deposit will be refunded. You may cancel the fire pit on the day of your event because of
weather for a 50% cancel fee of fire pit value.
Food & Beverage
You may choose any caterer that you prefer or use our in-house caterer. Caterers must provide proof of insurance prior
to the event. You are required to provide your own alcohol. Per state regulations, alcohol cannot be sold on the property
as this is a BYOB facility. A bartender is required to serve all alcohol, or use our in-house bartender, with a maximum
serving time of five hours. You are permitted to bring in kegs, but they must be connected into our tap system. Liquor
liability insurance is required when serving alcohol; this is typically around $130, however, the bartenders on our vendor
list includes this as well as some caterers also have it included if they are bartending.
Rehearsal
If you have paid for a prep day, you may use that time for rehearsals and a rehearsal dinner (note an additional cleaning
and linen fee may apply). If you do not have a prep day, you may opt to have a two hour rehearsal on a Tuesday or
Wednesday (as available) for a $150 fee. This can be booked 3 months
Event Times
You may schedule your wedding ceremony, cocktail, and reception times as you desire. The property is all yours from
9AM through 11 PM (or other times agreed on per your contract). Note: Per township regulations, all outdoor music must
be moved indoors after 10PM. We expect you to do a cursory cleanup of the property and depart by your contracted end
time. You may want to consider a clean-up day if you wish to maximize your time with guests on the day of your event!
